Heidi-Muschallik
Heidi had been practising Bikram yoga for about three
years, when she decided to train to be a teacher and
so, what started as a hobby that made her feel good,
is now her work, through which (she hopes) she helps
others feel good!!
The most rewarding thing Heidi gets from teaching
is seeing the benefits and improvements in students,
both physically and mentally with their continued
practice. What she loves about Bikram is the fact
that it is a series of postures suitable for all students,
whatever their age, fitness level or ability. It's
a practice available to everybody, as long as you
listen to your body and do the best you can.
